As part of the concom organising the upcoming natcon when S11 happened and saw our public liability insurance *leap* from a few hundred to a couple of thousand overnight, it's a very relevant demonstration of both prices and the unpredicatability of things - ie, circumstances outside your control. Since then more reasonable insurance companies have hit the scene, but that was by far our biggest issue, plummetting us from an OK position to scarily in the red within 48 hours. Grrr. (Broke even in the end though.)
