I don't understand 14 year olds either. However, the older boys and girls, 16, 17, 18, and when you're just out of college or uni, 20, 21, 22, that's a pretty normal age gap. In those circumstances, I can understand you falling in love. But you never act on it. Being a teacher is a position of trust, you can't betray that, no matter if it would be acceptable if you weren't a teacher.
