Don't forget that male circumcision reduces the chances of contracting HIV by up to 70% according to some studies. (Quote: "HIV-1 is most likely to enter the penis of uncircumcised men via superficial Langerhans cells on the inner aspect of the foreskin and frenulum since these sites are not keratinised. The major protective effect of male circumcision can best be explained by the removal of most of the readily accessible HIV-1 receptor sites in the foreskin and frenulum. )

That probably won't mean all that much to me and you but it makes a BIG difference in places like Africa where HIV is running rampant.
