Bloody hell, it's not even like they had been particularly slack with their old dalek models. In the Genesis Arc set, each of the Cult of Skaro has the right marking underneath it's dome. And I've just gotten one of the Voice Control Daleks, and that's an amazing piece of work, not just in the look, but in what it can do as well.

I only just found out about the destroyed Cassandra figure, and I guessed what Celerygate was, checked and am not bothered. CO say it was based on his first story, where the celery was only introduced at the end, and Davison had final say over the figure and preferred it without.

As to distribution, yeah, some of that sucks, but I can't get annoyed at some of their decisions because I have to deal with their local distributor, whose decisions are far, far worse. i.e. bringing in a bunch of the 12" figures, but specifically choosing not to bring in the Doctor is one of the lesser ones.

But for the few errors CO have made, even Celerygate pales into insignificance when compared to Dapol's five-sided TARDIS console, two-armed Davros, and the array of Time lord figures with painted on smiley faces. The latter was just plain insulting to fans.

PS still no luck with a Cyber-Leader for you.
