At some point I'll rewatch it, but at the time, I came away feeling it was a waste of a ticket. Not a dreadful movie, but not a big screen adventure, either.
When I rewatch a film, I tend to throw out my previous opinion and judge it with fresh eyes, so who knows, I may come away liking it the second time around. Happened with Rocky Horror and Independence Day, both of which I utterly detested the first time around.
From memory my problem with Insurrection was that it did indeed feel like an episode, and not a very inspired one. Mind you, I wouldn't buy any season boxes of Next Gen past the fourth one.
