Given I called an ambulance for the first time in my life today (well, an ambulance in this country anyway), to come and bandage me up, my overdue library book is the least of my concerns. Fine schmine, just tell me how much it is, I'm happy to support our local community infrastructure.

(PS. And I don't think we should call each other. No offense or anything, I just remember when we *did* used to call each other and then things would only get worse.)
