I was watching some telly and the voiceover guy mentioned Canberra. I hear mum almost yell "Canberra!" in the kitchen, then she races in to see what's on the TV.
I did better than expected, considering that my back was really crappy on Friday night, and I was lying on my bed at 9pm reading instead of socialising, wondering how I was going to get through the weekend. But it rallied after a good night's sleep and Sat and Sun weren't too bad.
I wasn't surprised to not see you at all Sunday morning :)
I still can't help but think of that classic line from "Mother and Son": "Canberra! Well, well, well, well, well! I knew they had the government, but I didn't know anybody worked there!"
