I just saw the start of The American Astronaut. If the rest of the film is as good as the first thirteen minutes, I've found another gem!

It's like a young David Lynch saw Firefly, and thought, 'I'd like to do something like that, but in black and white, with no money, and as a musical.'

We love the American Astronaut. I didn't realise you hadn't seen it, or I would have lent you our spare copy, I would have thought mortonhall would have told you about its wonderfulness.
That scene, the toilet intimidatory dance scene, is my favourite from the film, but it is all excellent.
