I fixed mine the other day and it's just done it again. If it keeps up, I'll have to use another counter.

Book Depository is a great site anyway. I mean, offering free worldwide delivery means that I can buy a paperback for $11.00 Aussie (or thereabouts). And while the book might be cheaper on Amazon, the shipping kills you every single time.
