Requests

Can you tell I was woken at stupid o'clock and haven't been able to get back to sleep?

Anyway, I have two requests.

1. Can anyone point me towards something I can embed in LJ that will play audio files when people click on it? Basically I'd like to be able to put up some select soundgrabs and such. So far my searches for something that would be quick and easy and free have amounted to nothing, but I'm not necessarily terribly awake or with it.

2. I'm looking for a Canberra (or nearby) based geek girl, preferably with a nice pair of geek girl glasses, for a photoshoot idea. Costume would ideally be fur bikini ala Raquel Welch in One Million B.C.. Is this you, or a friend? Contact me for details. No money, but a full set of photos from the shoot would be provided.

Would also be happy with the right looking geek boy, though he wouldn't be in a bikini, of course.

Oooooooh! So many possible responses to this post, none of them even vagualy PC. Ahem. Need anyone to hold your lighting equipment, Danny? Or, y'know, oil the geek girls?

What lighting equipment? I'm a natural light kind of guy.

Besides, you're 700km away, and my thoughts re: fur bikinis is to go for fairly generous ones. After the effect more than titilation.

Actually, you'd be a good geek boy. Got any furry underpants?

Have you *seen* me? I don't need no steenking furry undrpants - I'm hairy enough to pass for underpanted already!

Yeah, I thought you might be, but I'm not sure I'm ready for Junior Chuck to be dangled freely in front of me :)

Speaking of another sort of Universal Horror, how goes the film watching?

It's been a good week: we watched the Karloff version of The Mummy (which, honestly, bored us both somewhat), but Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman made up for it! I'm threatening 'no more monster flicks' until Max's behaviour improves (which hurts me as much as him), but I'm thinking Phantom of the Opera next. Or possibly Werewolf of London.

And OI! - I just got that 'Universal Horror' crack! How dare you post to me when I'm drunk and my guard is down!

Don't remember seeing the UH Phantom, but I really enjoyed Werewolf of London. It has a fabulous transformation scene in it.
