Photos from the trip.
Random shots from the recent Perth trip.

Sunset at the farm at Albany.

The Water Tower/Look-out at Port Augusta.

On the way to Colac.

Karno and the Belwood on the Hyden/Norseman road.

The Fraser Range shearing shed

Eucla pier

I need to hang out with more short people.

Door, hole, door, window.

A little plant on Eucla pier.

Eucla pier again. I love this shot. The colours of the old bolt are gorgeous.

Plant growing through a car part at Madura.

Albany has the world's most full-on rock gardens.

Me, outside a cafe at Keith, working on the trip's LJ posts.

Sunrise near Madura.

A view from the Hyden/Norseman road.

Fraser Range shearing shed again. I wasn't joking about the brightly coloured toys.

It has a very nice macro function. I can leave the whole thing on auto, or adjust focus, F-stop, etc. to what I want it to be. My only beef is that the little screen changes brightness depending on your angle, and that, being a little screen, you can't always tell if you've got a sharp focus.
But over all, I'm verra happy with it.

What do you have as the driving force?
That looks like it was a fun trip. Not sure my Camaro would have made that trip, the mileage it gets is... less than stellar.
