I'd only pre-booked and pre-paid for the Saturday at Nullus Anxietas 'cos I'm poor but I decided it'd be a real shame to miss "Terry's Bedtime Stories" on the Friday and I ponied up the extra $55. The only reason I went on the Friday was to attend that one session.
And as I sat there at 11pm in the hall wriggling with excitement we were told that the session had to be rescheduled to the following night due to TP being jetlagged ...
I wouldn't dream of complaining. I got at least $55 worth of entertainment out of the other sessions I saw on Friday and I still got to see "Terry's Bedtime Stories" on the Saturday. (Plus TP was never under any obligation to do that session anyway.)
I've hung around enough cons to know that we're damned lucky to have the chance to attend them at any cost. :D
