The plastic's isopropene or polyisopropene, something like that, and the new name is Avanti Ultima I think. Saw them in the supermarket just now. They're ten a box for the same price as the old boxes of five, which brings them much closer in line with the latex ones.
They all have stickers on the back too telling existing Avanti users that there's been a change and the new condoms are different so make sure you read the instructions carefully before using - but on every box they've stuck the sticker over the instructions.
