I have also had to work with said person for an extended period of time. Uncomfortable situations, open passes (which I cunningly chose to be oblivious to) and the bringer-about of one of the most upsetting and prolonged, what's the word.... 'issues' of my life. My mothers death is not one of these issues, but this is. Hoo boy. I could write a rant rather like yours but I won't.
