There are so many wonderful people in the world, it fills me with happiness to think of them and to have contact with them. The more love I give, the more space there is inside me to fill with love.
As for hate, I experience episodes of profound hate for an ex, a completely irrational amount of hate. This is odd because I tend to get on well with exs, Laurton and I are raising a child together with no grief or stress. This ex, however, I feel deeply betrayed by (we're not talking adultery, this is far more personal).
