Yeah, of course I would. Wouldn't be an issue. And most beaches tend to be clothing optional, so if you get shy, it's not too frowned on if you don't strip off. I have lily white skin and tanned forearms! lol
Perth's nice and warm, so you can go early in the day, and then head home before the sun gets to the stage where it will fry you.
Sunnyside in Melbourne I loved. At one point I was down there twice a week, first thing in the morning. Full of gay men it was, strutting the sands, checking one another out :)
