Wow, thank you. I often feel I'm coming across as a bit of an over-the-top, know-it-all wanker. I don't claim to know it all, but I know what I believe based on what I do know, and hold to those opinions firmly (and loudly) until given more info or a reason to change them. And that can come across badly.
