I actually figured she'd probably be fine with me posting a link, for the same reasons I'm ok when people want to link to the personal posts about myself, but given I was putting up my post late-ish and couldn't easily ask, decided to err on the side of caution.
I'll do an edit or a new post if she says it's okay, because they are well worth the read.
