I sort of figure, as with so many things, there's the bell curve, and around the middle is the vast majority of people, at one end there's the people who seldom or never fall in love, and at the opposite end there's folks like you and me.
If you can have people who rarely find someone to love, and folks can accept that, what's the problems with the idea of people who love many people? Without it all being about sex and genitals? Though admittedly, that's one of the really fun aspects *grin*
I like Seshat for Seshat, and any lust I have for her comes from who she is, not what bits she's got. She can see this pretty clearly from our interactions, and it's one of the things she seems to appreciate about the situation, that there's no expectation on my part that sex be a condition of my love.
