Got up at 5:30am to try and catch sunrise at the old pier. Got distracted by the telegraph station for a little while, then hit the pier. Climbed up onto the old ruined structure and then walked down most of it's length, mainly because I haven't before. Couldn't go all the way, the wood looked too far gone, but may be tempted to next time.
I'm not worried about the fall, or bits of wood scratching me, it's the water. I can't swim, nor do I wish to be clean. Mind you, I wouldn't mind dying here...( Read more... )
