Strokeboy - three years on

Well, it's roughly three years since the two-week long basilar migraine that effectively gave me a mini-stroke. Yay! Happy birthday-ish thing, little life-altering brain damage! ( Just a basic health/life catch-up post, nothing major - oh, Lex crawls partway through, but that's already been mentioned here and that pretty much covers the whole of it. )

Basically, life is good.
