It's not even entirely consistant, but that's because it's dealing with humans. I've made a few of these errors even after I got the stuff right in the past.
But I figure a list that big and long, if someone realises they are doing a bunch of those things, they will hopefully at least stop and take stock of what they are doing, and why.
