I have a book and DVD that I found helpful, I'll put them in the post on Monday as a loaner. Dr Karp's "Happiest Baby on the Block". Seems to back up everything I learnt at the mother/baby unit, and puts it in easy language that a sleep deprived brain can understand. DVD is even easier :)
