Actually, I'm one of the people who doesn't like Christmas because of the commercialisation. That said, I always thought I'd like playing Father Christmas, and I was right. I don't think you can play the role and not have it change you, just a little.
Though I think it's time we properly Australian-ised Santa. We don't get snow here at Chrissy and the outfit is ridiculous! Thursday was something like 36 degrees! Plus the Chrissy thing is different all over the world. In some countries they believe that three angels deliver the presents, or that an old woman comes around to check on the kids.
