[GregT] I love the Time Meddler. Peter Butterworth just so completely steals every scene he's in; I could watch a whole series just about the Monk. It's a crime that the character hasn't been brought back more often; with a solid actor in a (newly-regenerated) role he would actually have been a pretty good fit for the RTD era.
