I thought it was sharp, witty, tightly paced and written, and I loved the female characters. My granny dumped her husband and has been dating younger men since her 70s... and I thought Granny Puckett was a great figure of a woman who was caring, loving, and had her wild side. Kind of reminds me of Nanna!
I thought it was about a thousand times better than 'over the hedge' which came out at around the same time.
