out, and send it to the Office of Rental Bonds without the landlord's signature.

The Office of Rental Bonds will then write to the landlord, telling them that you have claimed 100% of the bond.

The landlord has 14 business days to write back to the Office of Rental Bonds saying why you shouldn't get the bond...

...and if the landlord doesn't meet the deadline, you get 100% of the bond.

This is how I got 100% of my bond back, even though LJ Hooker (bastards) didn't want to give it back to me.
