The last couple of days have been headachey and tiring. When I get over-tired, or have bad headaches (not migraines, just headaches) my skin hurts. I can't stand to be touched because everything feels uncomfortable.
So on a day when what I really want is hugs and skin contact, I can barely stand them.
And I have a lot to do for the inspection Monday, and I'm just not physically up to it.
And my computer has crapped itself again.

I'd like to help, if I can. I could come round Sunday afternoon, if you like.

I find that if I stick myself under a shower, and put up with the skin pain, it soothes after a while, and the headache is usually better as well (mind you, mine might be migraines, because they are all on one side). I predominantly get the skin pain on the head, so I start by getting the rest of me wet, and ducking in and out of the shower a couple of times. Not sure if it will help you at all, but something for you to consider...

take care of your head... even though it's not a migraine, from my experience they can turn into one.
How about virtual hugs and skin contact?

The idea of hugs and skin contact with you is delightful, even if it's only virtual.
My previous reply seems to have gone... strange...
