Was thinking that while in town, a group get together would work best, simply because it stops me having to run around to catch lots of people and wiping myself out before I drive home again.
So I was thinking Pancakes at Carillion on Sunday between say, 12 and 4-ish?
Since I have limited net access and am still travelling, (may hit Perth tonight, more likely tomorrow) would someone like to volunteer to do the ringing for me, and also collect some names to give them rough numbers? Hard to say how many will turn up, so approx numbers would be helpful to them, I'm sure. If not, I can do it when I arrive.
Will be free for other catch-ups, natch, depending on strength, tiredness and me being sensible about rest.
Also up for other suggestions for group get-togethers, though one or two is probably my limit. I'm still a delicate flower at the moment :)

Would you like to come over to my place for dinner sometime during your stay? We're close to the city, got some crashing space, plus plenty of old VHS.

Is feeling like it may be the same size as the Melbourne one Shaz and I had so far - 10-20 people - which shouldn't be too much of a struggle for them I hope.

I haven't made a booking, since I don't know how many will be attending. I'm sure you have a better idea, so if you wish to make the booking, their number is 9322 6177.
I unfortunately will not be able to make it - I'm going to be spending Sunday hassling the venue for our reception, who Rachel and I have been trying to contact for weeks to finalise details. I suspect the twins will want to catch up with you however, so brace yourself for lots of hugs.

Will give them a ring later, and give them an update on Sat if they need it.
Good luck with reception hassling. Sorry we may not get to yak. Will be suitably braced *grin*
