This began as a slightly barb-wiry trip, but that settled down.

Fark orf! This guy wasn't too worried by me, but every time a car or truck went by he'd look at me like it was my fault, and give out a hiss.

Loads more to come. Next lot - Maralinga!

Wow great shots :)

The shingleback bluetongue lizard reminds of my high school days when I use to relocate the lizards back into Warwick open space(bushland) that surrounded my high school .

The young bobtails were kind of cool to relocate but the adults were really narky and it was funny when some boys tried to scare me with one , they were shocked to see that I thought the lizard was cute *giggles*.

But they are cute! Though I do prefer my bluetongues - but I think I'm a little biased ;)

It's on the barb on the right in the second photo

Nice photos, too. I must get my trip photos up. One day soon!

Saw heaps of shinglebacks crossing the highway on my trip over to Adelaide a month ago - though it was more like "argh! a lizard! swerve!" as they pottered their way across the 4 lanes.

Spidey blends in so well!

Fantastic photos Danny.
