Hmmm, guess I should think about organising myself a ticket and such then. I had previously deleted Swancon from my list because I was going to be otherwise occupied that weekend. I'd forgotten about it.
One of the inside dim ones? I also. I've been in both an inside and a windowed one there and to be honest I don't mind the lack of outside window. I am certainly safe from peeping toms. And I don't have to worry about glaring light from streetlamps when getting to sleep.
*You* were worried about it? I was starting to get my nailbiting habit back.
We don't mind so much not having an outside window , we just need our sleep , especially since I usually go to bed at late hours compared to Ken .
We had one above a standard room when were on the commitee so it'll be interesting to see the what the effect of a low light room will do to us mentally .
Been debating whether to go. I've never been to Perth and this is one of the few years when Passover and Easter do not coincide. OTOH, it's unclear whether Stephen will get the time off and it's a long way and expensive...

I hope to see you there, though I don't get to even *try* to organise leave until the end of Jan, so I'll find out later :-)

But remember, you're probably going to be facing out to the back instead of the nice quaint laneway...
