I was just putting up some stuff on eBay. In amongst the items, I have a Natural Ood and Ood Sigma from Planet of the Ood. And I noticed that they both have different head sculpts. So I went off and checked, and yes, the Series 2 Ood figure also has a different head.

Compare and contrast with the Dapol Timelord figures, and this is why I love Character Options. They are crazy and dedicated enough to producing a good product that they go to this much trouble on a figure where using the one head on all three would do.

The old Daleks are great... (and have you seen their new Classic series? Absolutely awesome! There's a couple of tiny little wrong things that are really only worth parenthetically alluding to, for the most part they rock molten magma they're so hot... I have the Dead Planet model as a Monitor Pet, it's amazing!). The 18" Daleks are awesome too. They've got a solidity to them that the 12" lack I think. Plus, the Roaming Patrol mode is way cool.

Celerygate is notable mostly for the really really really bad way a spokeperson handled it, IMAO. I suspect there was a PR Training Fail... (Which can be a bad idea if you're really good at something, because of the potential arrogance which can become an M.O.: case in point. Pride Cometh and all that.)

It's not just we in Australia who've had plenty cause to criticise their Dist Systems, btw, although to be honest we're prolly coping it twice as bad.

Still, as I do point out, for the overwhelming part they've done some incredible work, and well deserve acclaim for it (but that should never mean that mistakes be dismissed, either, otherwise they'll never get even better! ;}P> Fortunately, I can't say as I've gotten annoyed over any of CO's mistakes either.)

(Oh, btw, I've already mentioned that I did get my hands on a Cyberleader already, in case it's slipped your mind. But thanks so much for thinking of me!)
